How to use :

Line and define the upper and lower eyelids based on eye shape and desired makeup result. Apply using short feathery strokes, staying close to the lash line for a modern effect.
For natural eyes: trace along the contour of the upper eyelashes with a fine line, from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner. For sophisticated eyes: intensify the line along the upper lashes and accentuate the colour at the outer corner of the eye. For eyes that look bigger than ever, trace a line along the lower eyelid.







My Review:

Chanel eyeliner comes in variety of shades. and today i will review Ebene.I accidentally bought this eyeliner actually. On my Trip to Dubai this April, i lost my maybelline colossal kajal (which i also use as liner) in the flight so i had to buy a new eyeliner, maybelline was not available at Duty Free so i had to choose between L'Oreal or Chanel eyeliner and i bought my self Chanel. So, basically i was not happy with the purchase because it was not the thing i wanted.

 But later when i used this eyeliner, i loved it. and i would say this is by far the best Eyeliner pencil i have used ! 

I tried Chanel eyeliner for the first time and was very pleased. It Goes on smooth, no clumps, doesn't wipe off, no smudges. i wore this eye-liner even in the pool, i was afraid it will make me look like panda but it did not bleed off.

It is quite pigmented and i Love it's rich colors and intensity. The color  Ebene is a matt black and brings out my eye beautifully! The product is long lasting, It lasts all day and doesn't smear.
It can be used on your water line as well because Even on waterline, the color doesn’t fade, but I will not prefer it to be used as Kajal because i like Jet black Kajal which it fails on water line but  It does not bleed into eyes. A huge plus if you wear contacts !

Chanel might be pricey but when it glides on like paint and dries quickly even in summer i think its worth the cost. It cost me 30$ at Duty Free

It comes with a sharpener at the back, I find it best to put it in the freezer before sharpening, especially if you live where it is warm--then it isn't soft and doesn't waste too much of the product while sharpening.

I would definitely recommend it to those who won’t mind shelling extra bucks for an eye product that is really worthy of it.

    Sounds good to me! I haven't ever tried waterproof eye pencil! Love the tip of putting it in the fridge before sharpening, at the end. :) xx
