NYX HD Studio Photogenic Foundation - Soft Beige
I Know its been over a month i shared anything on this blog. I really apologize for it and today I am going to review one of my new favorite foundations. Its NYX HD Studio Photogenic Foundation- Soft Beige. This brilliant foundation is often compared to MUFE HD foundation. I have never tried MUFE foundation and hence can't compare but keep reading to know if I liked this one or not.

My Review :
This HD Foundation delivers the medium coverage. Its a very light weight foundation which is not runny or watery in terms of consistency. It spreads evenly and it is easy to work out with, i tried applying this foundation with flat foundation brush and with my fingers too and it applied evenly without any effort. i set it using NYX Stay Matte But Not Flat Powder Foundation - Ivory. The coverage is buildable, so if one wants a heavy coverage, then can simply apply more or apply more to the areas where you need it. The foundation dries down quickly and has a velvet matte finish which is not very dewy..This photographs quite nicely which is a plus point!!! I used one full pump for my entire face and neck . I am surprised with the staying powder of it, it nicely stay on for around 7-8 hours without touch-ups I bought this product online and choose this shade on the basis of mere guess work and surprisingly, this product sinks in well to the skintone and Its just perfect shade for me....About packaging, it Comes in a bottle with a pump dispenser. Pump makes it easy to take the right amount of product...
and yeah !! These photos are taken after 6-7 hours of foundation application and yet it looks fresh.

ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a good foundation! I usually prefer a dewy finish with my makeup, but I can forgive velvet matte. Might pick this up then!
