I was not much into colored eyeliners until now. I heard about Urban Decay's 24/7 glide on color pencils and was excited about trying them out when i came across these NYC waterproof eyeliner pencils. However, since i had not heard much about these pencils i decided to buy only 2 shades for trial. NYC waterproof eyeliner pencils are available in 7 shades and my picks were Moody Blue and Teal. here is how i found these pencils.

COLORS :
937 Teal: A teal green color infused with golden glitter. Its really creamy and one swipe is enough to get the opaque color.
935 Moody Blue: This is a dark blue shade with light blue/blackish shimmer. It's not as creamy as Teal and requires 2-3 swipes and tugs a little. (Comparatively)

REVIEW :
These are super affordable yet pigmented pencils which glide on easily without tugging. These
pencils are shimmery and give an illusion of cream eyeliner with a
metallic finish. Also they last for hours even if you wash your face
with
water.
The color of the
pencils actually matches the color of the product inside so you do not to open up each pencil to search for colors.
I have tried them on my waterline too and they perform real well and stay put for 5 6 hours. Being
waterproof these can be used for various purposes :) i have used them
as eyeliner , on my waterline , blue smokey eye makeup and on my lips :)
I would really recommend these pencils to everyone who is looking for
affordable yet pigmented and high quality eyeliner pencil. Plus point of
these pencils is that they are really waterproof :) and last for hours.
